  • Overview: This campaign adversities a list of homes for sale within a market and asks if the client is interested in CMA. It combines old school real estate tactics, that is offering value up front and taking advantage of a buyers' psychology, with current marketing methods (social media). 

  • Key Features: This campaign is pipeline filling and attracts both buyers and sellers. This campaign offers a fully integrated e-mail campaign that builds your credibility and your relationship with your client on autopilot. 


Open House

  • Overview: The goal of this campaign is to generate traction for particular home by advertising an event.

  • Key Features: Useful in selling homes quickly, or for homes that you feel are priced appropriately but haven't gotten the traction they deserve. If clients are interested in similar homes, they have the opportunity to sign up for the Homes List. They will also be added to the fully integrated Home's List e-mail campaign that builds your credibility and your relationship with your client on autopilot.


Social Listing Method 

  • Overview: Similar to the Open House method, this campaign generates traction for particular home, but does not advertise an actual event (an open house).

  • Key Features: Useful in selling homes quickly, or for homes that you feel are priced appropriately but haven't gotten the traction they deserve. If clients are interested in similar homes, they have the opportunity to sign up for the Homes List.


Rent Vs. Buy

  • Overview: This is a calculator funnel.

  • Key Features: Lets clients understand what type of home they could buy using their rent costs.


Home Buyers Quiz

  • Overview: An interactive quiz funnel.

  • Key Features: Gives you a lot of great info about the client, what they are thinking, where they are in the buying or selling process, and their general psychology.


Home Sellers Guide

  • Overview:  Educates buyers on how you do business, what you've done fore clients, and indoctrinates them with your home selling process.

  • Key Features: You are able to give great social proof of the work you've done for clients in the past. This is an advanced marketing funnel requiring videos, but they do not have to be top grade professional quality. In fact, videos that are not overly produced lend to an authentic feel and will resonate well with your prospective clients. Higher cost per lead, but results in 'pre-qualified' clients who have gone through your entire sales process and are ready to do business with YOU. This campaign does use a series of three videos, but they don't have to be professional grade. 


Home Buyers Guide

  • Overview: This campaign combines internet marketing practices with real estate marketing practices. Great for FSBO, 'expireds', and first time home buyers.

  • Key Features: Helps you get in front of leads that have been through systems designed to ensure they are ready to purchase a home. 


Rental Marketing

  • Overview: Just like it sounds, this campaign will help you fill rental properties.

  • Key Features: Great for filling different types of properties, anything from luxury rentals to apartment complexes. 


Mortgage VA Funnel

  • Overview: This funnel includes a series of pages (about 12) that is specific for Veterans looking for mortgages.

  • Key Features: Great for mortgage brokers looking to help veterans get mortgages. It applies to a very targeted audience, so it does not have a super high lead volume.
